We’re a small, growing business, and to keep prices fair and quality high, we can’t support refunds or returns—but we’ll always make it right if there’s a genuine issue.
At CKTHub.com, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of our inventory, we follow a strict No Refund and No Return policy. Once a product is purchased, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
We do allow exchanges under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.
- Wrong Item Received: If we sent you the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.
Exchange Conditions:
- Case by case basis after fist evaluation.
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Exchanges are subject to availability of stock.
- Customer must bear any applicable shipping charges for the exchange process.
How to Request an Exchange:
Email us at support@ckthub.com with your order number, issue details, and relevant photos/videos.
We reserve the right to refuse exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
