Need something outside this table — a different material, thickness or finish? Ask us and we will tell you plainly whether we can supply it.
Choosing a layer count
- 2 layers suit simple, low-speed boards: power supplies, LED boards, breakouts.
- 4 layers add solid ground and power planes. Most microcontroller boards with Wi-Fi, USB or dense parts belong here.
- 6 layers give more routing room for high pin-count parts and boards with several high-speed interfaces.
If you're unsure, our PCB design team can recommend a stack-up.
File review before production
Every order starts with a look at your files. We check that the Gerber set is complete (copper, mask, silkscreen, outline, drill), that the outline and drill data agree, and that nothing will obviously fail at fabrication. If something is missing, we ask before production rather than after.
Pricing and quotes
The instant quote tool estimates bare-board cost from board size, layer count and quantity — no file needed. The final price is confirmed after we review your files, on WhatsApp.

Frequently asked questions
Can CktHub manufacture prototype PCBs?
Yes. CktHub supplies 2, 4 and 6-layer FR4 boards with ENIG or HASL finish, typically in 3 to 5 days, in prototype or batch quantities.
What files are needed for PCB manufacturing?
Gerber files for every copper, soldermask and silkscreen layer, the board outline, and the drill file. KiCad, Altium, EasyEDA and Eagle exports all work.
Can the same boards be assembled by CktHub?
Yes. Bare boards can go straight into PCB assembly in the same order.
