1. Eligibility and acceptance

By accessing this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website or place an order.

2. Products, pricing and availability

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site are error-free. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue any product at our discretion.

3. Orders and order confirmation

When you place an order through this website, you will be asked to review your order — items, quantities and total amount — along with your name, mobile number, delivery address, and pincode, before proceeding to payment. Please review all details carefully, as you will be asked to confirm the order before payment is made.

An order is confirmed only once you have reviewed and confirmed it through the site and shared the order details with us via WhatsApp or another channel we accept. We may contact you to verify order details before dispatch.

4. Payments

Payments are made by you directly via UPI to our published UPI ID, using your own UPI-enabled banking application. You are responsible for ensuring the payment amount and reference match your confirmed order. We are not responsible for payments made to incorrect UPI IDs, or for delays or failures caused by your bank, UPI app, or network provider.

All payments made are strictly non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise by us in writing. Please review your order carefully before making payment.

5. Shipping and delivery

We aim to ship confirmed and paid orders within a reasonable timeframe. Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, incorrect or incomplete address details, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided by you.

6. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Given the nature of our products, and as stated at the time of payment, orders are non-refundable once payment has been made. We do not offer cancellations once an order has been confirmed and paid for. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within a reasonable time of delivery at [email protected] or +91 99601 60016, and we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis.

7. Warranty and disclaimers

Unless otherwise stated on a specific product listing, our development boards are bench-tested before shipping but are otherwise sold on an "as tested" basis without any additional warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except where such disclaimers are not permitted under applicable Indian consumer protection law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ambivert Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or our products, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to other equipment arising from misuse or incorrect handling of electronic components. Our total liability for any claim arising out of an order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and product descriptions, is the property of Ambivert Technologies Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
